UNIX, C, C++ Developer	Good exposure to Unix OS. Performace Engineering Lead	Experience  – 10 to 12 Years – Minimum Computer Engineering Degree from a reputed college – Minimum of 5 years experience in software development from a reputed software development company – Minimum 5 years experience in Performance & Scalability function – Minimum 3 years experience as a performance engineer in a software performance engineering role – Minimum 2 years of software development/programming experience – Minimum 3 years experience independently managing a team of atleast 5~7 technical resources – Should have worked in a onsite/offshore development model with at least 3 years in a lead role for a large application development project – Preferred at least 2 years Banking domain experience – Excellent communication skills

Peformance Tester	• Experience in performance testing enterprise level banking applications utilizing Loadrunner, Performance Center, Quick Test Pro, and Quality Center to performance test web based applications. • The person must be able to script, execute, and report with these tools and have experience with Web, HTTP/HTML protocols, other protocols are a plus •  2 years’ experience with Loadrunner (thorough understanding of run time settings, recording options, parameterization etc…) •  2 years’ experience with QTP
